Soft & Chewy Chocolate chips cookies

chocolate chip cookies are a go-to favorite dessert ,sweet snack or after school treat. With this recipe,you’ll have soft&chewy chocolate chip cookies to serve and enjoy.

makes 3 dz

Ingredients;

2 cups All porpuse flour

1/2 tsp baking soda

1 cup unsalted butter, room temp

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1cup brown sugar

1tsp salt

2 tsp vanilla

2 L eggs

2 cups semisweet choco chips

Directions;

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In small bowl whisk together the flour & baking soda set aside. In the bowl of electric mixer with the paddle attachment combine the butter with both sugars. Beat on medium speed until fluffy. Reduce speed add salt,vanilla and eggsone at the time. Beat until well mixed about a minute. Add flour mixture & mix until combined. Stir in the choco chips.

2. Drop heaping tbsp size balls of dough on baking sheets.

3. Bake until cookies are golden around edges but still soft in the center 8-10 mins. Remove from oven. CooL...

Store cookies in an airtight container at room temp up to 1week.
